  1. StarBar 3.0 is a Windows 3.1 or higher app that no trekkie/trekkor
  2. should be without.  Designed to utilize a minimum of system resources,
  3. StarBar provides several useful features:
  4.  
  5.        -Time display in a variety of formats (standard, military, stardate,
  6.         or stardate with TNG Sync which closely follows the stardate given in
  7.         first run episodes).
  8.  
  9.        -Stardate to julian calculator.
  10.  
  11.        -Optionally stays ontop of other applications.
  12.  
  13.        -Monitors and optionally displays system resources, it will even shut
  14.         itself down if systems resources get too low to provide more ram to
  15.         "more important" applications.

  17.        -A quick and safe way to shutdown or restart Windows, or even reboot
  18.         your PC.
  19.  
  20.        -Optionally add sounds to certain application and system events.
  21.  
  22.        -Live DDE link to provide current time/date to other DDE compliant
  23.         applications.

  25.        -Automatically locates itself to any corner of your screen, no matter
  26.         what resolution you're using by using the arrow keys.  Or drag it
  27.         anywhere you want.  And Starbar remembers where you leave it!

  30. Help is provided through Windows' help engine - just press F1.  Requires
  31. VBRUN200.DLL, Windows 3.1 or higher, 310K of disk space.  WAV sound files are
  32. not included, but suggestions on where to locate them are provided in the
  33. help file.
